Melanie Kearsey

Melanie has extensive experience across HR, Training, Coaching and Personal/Professional Development. She is particularly passionate about helping people to manage their mindset and has designed and delivered various Emotional Intelligence training programs for companies across the Surf Coast to enable their teams to improve their morale, cohesion and overall performance.


Melanie blends principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Modelling, Positive Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) when training and coaching individuals and groups.


She has a warm, empathetic and supportive facilitation style that encourages participants to access their own inner wisdom and make their own discoveries.   

Jo Surkitt

Jo has worked with many businesses and organizations over the past 15 years in the areas of Professional Development, Corporate Well-being, Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence, where she aims to inspire, motivate, educate and assist individuals  in improving their overall happiness and well-being at work and at home.


Having worked in a range of corporate fields before starting on the Well-being path, Jo has extensive experience working in stressful positions  and know the tricks of the trade to create balance and harmony at work and at home.  


Jo also ensures there is a great deal of fun and laughter in her programs and training which lifts one's vitality and overall joy in the workplace.
